Return and Refund Policy

1. No Return or Exchange Policy

All products sold and shipped by MANDAN PARIVAR CHARITABLE TRUST are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once an order has been shipped or delivered, we do not accept any returns, replacements, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the consignment is dispatched to the courier or postal authorities, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing arayofhope.tm@gmail.com with your order details and relevant photographs. Our team will review the request and assist you as per our internal guidelines.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in case of order cancellation before dispatch or if an error occurs on our end (such as duplicate payment). Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
